Management About Branches Our Team There is a democratic voting body of A class members of the soceity from the 3 Panjayaths, form the General Body. This body elects a Governing Body of 9 members, also known as the Board of Directors. This committee has a President with a term of 5 years and once in every 5 year there will be elections as per the Kerala Cooperative Soceities Act 1969. The society's Managing Committee makes the policy decisions and the posts of president and committee members (if any) are honorary. The president is morally and historically bound to put in several hours each day at the cooperative society and the committee members are also available for consultation and interaction with the members. For dusk-to-dawn smooth functioning, this structure is again under-pinned by a Secretary and 20+ employees who take care of the society's day-to-day activities and way of work.

Organization

From a movement that had just 100 members and a share capital of Rs. 75,000.00 at the time of its birth, today the society has grown to being a collective of more than 15000 members with a share capital of nearly Rs38.5 lakhs. Much of this success can be ascribed to the organization structure of the society, which apart from being participative, responsible, democratic and visionary is also successful at the end of the day. The society functions on a simple model, as follows; The cooperative originally registered under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 on 16th August 2002 with its Head Office at Kohinoor, Thenhipalam. Within a short span of less than a decade TCRBL has touched the milestone of having more than 28607 depositors and 4780 loanees who is satisfied with the professional and personalized services offered by the Bank. Our valued client spreads to the different segments of the society ranging from agricultural workers to business men of the region. The bank also was certified ISO 9001-2008 in this short time

More over our Bank is giving value added services like payment gateway for all bill payment, Railway ticket, Prepaid Recharging, SMS banking, etc. We are constantly looking for adopting new technologies, schemes, processes and innovative ideas to serve the area of operation and delight our customers. For this TCRBL join hands with our apex bank, new generation commercial banks and other financial service institutions. TCRBL also look forward for new innovative technology to provide most convenient and hassle free banking services to our valued customers.
